Consumers generally have a right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days.

For digital content (e.g. sewing patterns, files, instructions) that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if

1. the consumer expressly agrees that performance of the contract shall begin before the withdrawal period has expired, and

2. the consumer confirms that they are aware that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving this consent.

Since the digital products are made available in the customer account immediately after purchase, no right of withdrawal exists once this consent has been given during checkout.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If, by way of exception, a right of withdrawal still exists (for example, if the consumer has NOT agreed to the immediate performance of the contract), the following applies:

If you withdraw from the contract, I will reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
